Auto-Rickshow Accident - One Asylum Girl Died

This is a 23rd February, 2016 incident. A girl was missing for some days. Ploice searched and found that girl. After finding they were sending the girl to asylum by a auto-rickshow. But at last she couldn't reach there. She died in a road accident. Not only the girl was died, a civic volunteer was also died by the accident. Now, one question rising here - Why the police was sending the girl by auto-rickshow not by the police van?

Police person said that the 10 years old girl was missing for some days. A missing diary was written by her family. The police searched for her and found her in Patharpratima, West Bengal. The girl was brought in the police station. After that they were sending her to the asylum. But she couldn't reached at that place. One truck cashed it from behind on road. Some police persons were also in the auto-rickshow, S.I, Civic Volunteer, Village Police, Homeguard. The girl and the civic volunteer were died and others were seriously injured. According to police they were sending the girl by auto-rickshow because there were no police van present at the police station.
